"Easing into Monday" Brisket

Cooking Time: 15 minutes with 2 hours up to overnight marinating time
Serves: 6
  1. Salt and pepper both sides of brisket and place in slow cooker.
  2. Mix BBQ sauce, dried onions, water, red wine and BBQ seasonings together in a bowl. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours. After meat is cooked it should pretty much fall apart as you pull it out, you can slice it or shred it.
